Sebulon Kankondi

Sebulon Sebby  Kankondi, a self-made man, has entered
the entrepreneurial dimensions after he spend two decades leading Bidvest
Namibia limited, an industrial and service company, listed on Namibia Stock
Exchange and Namibia Port Authority (Namport). Born on September 30 1965; Sebby
start pursuing a career in freight and logistics management from 1993; raising
from Material & Logistic Coordinator to where he is today. 

He was trained as a mechanical engineer and holds a Degree
in Business Administration.  He has also successfully completed UCT and
Stellenbosch Business School Programme in Marketing and Business Management and
Leadership.  He took part in more than three assignments in Middle East,
Norway and USA exposing himself to modern management practice in freight and
logistics.

He has served as chairman of Namibian Post Limited for
eleven years, transforming the traditional post office to a modern logistics
and financial institution. During his tenure at Namport, as a managing
Director, he didn’t only drive the profitability turn-around, but he also
conceptualizes and initiated the implementation of the Walvis Bay Corridors
business model into SADC countries, with its concomitant transshipments’ hub
opportunities and the expansion of the marine intermodal logistics concept.

He is currently the chairman of Nedbank Namibia and the
Namibia Industrial Development Agency and serve on Langer Heinrich Uranium
board. He has interest and investments in the real estate, agricultural and
fishing sectors.

Dudley McKnight

Dudley is the Chief Operations Officer of Savanna Oils. He has more than 20 years' experience in the Oils and Seeds industry, including managing The Marula Company operations.

Corné Oberholzer

Corné is a non-executive director and is an
Attorney. He holds the degrees BJuris LLB LLM (Corporate Law and Tax) and an
MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (University of Pretoria). He
is a former partner and director of global consultancy Deloitte (both in South
Africa and in Central Europe). He has extensive experience in corporate law,
mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and business management.

Louis Joubert

Louis is the CEO of Savanna Oils. He has over 25 years’ of 360degree experience
in FMCG and holds a Retail Management in FMCG(Technicon of SA), AI Project
Management (University of The Free-state), Management Development Program (Gibs
University) and a SAP (SAP Institute) qualification.
